US Ambassador Caroline Kennedy behind the BBQ at Bunnings

United States Ambassador to Australia Caroline Kennedy is well on her way to being a real Australian after getting behind the barbeque at Bunnings.

The daughter of the late US President John F Kennedy was helping out with an annual car rally money for the Cancer Council.

Ms Kennedy will be behind the wheel of an old Ford Falcon in the 3,000-kilometre rally and driving from Adelaide to Perth in April.
