Brisbane gets new route to the US with Delta airline annoucement

Brisbane will soon see extra flights to the United States.

Delta Airlines has announced flights between the Queensland capital and Los Angeles from late 2025.

The move means the American airline now serves two key Australian cities, as services already operate between the US and Sydney.

Flights will operate three times per week in a bid to meet demand over the Australian summer.

It follows American Airlines who recently announced it will begin flights between Brisbane and Texas later this year.
